samsredir - ошибка работы с MySQL

При запуске squid с указанием параметра
redirect_program /usr/local/bin/samsredir
squid падает.

В логах:
(samsredir): MySQL query error: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds
to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'null).sams' at line 1

sams-1.0.1. Обновлен с предыдущей версии.
Скрипт обновления базы MySQL отработал без ошибок и изменений.

Без редиректора все работет отлично.

OC: RHEL4
БД: MySQL-4.1.20-2.RHEL4.1
КС: Squid-2.5.STABLE14-1.4E

Если я правильно понял, то было обновление ... samsredir точно обновился?

Да.
samsredir имеет дату создания на момент обновления. Никаких ошибок при компиляции и обновлении не было.

таблицу тестировали из SAMS ?
или таблица покривела или ...

Странно все ...
Я пока не уверен ... влияет ли указание версии mysql в sams.conf ...
Может попробывать пересоздать базу(предварительно сделав дам)? А потом залить дамп ...
Или попробывать на чистой базе ...
